After Google Reveals a First Case of International Blackmail Perpetrated by a Lawyer Between Italy And San Marino, Who’s Going to Save Pietro Cal Now? He Too Is a Victim, Blackmailed Over Alleged Sex By a Second Lawyer – From The Same City, Who Also Blackmails Yet Another Lawyer, This Time In France.

SYNOPSIS (part one)
Following a first illegal (criminal) maneuver in 2010, an Italian lawyer threatens to extort money from a retired French lawyer in 2011. The amount (sum) of money involved is extremely large.
The French lawyer then discovers the double offense suffered by himself and the Italian Pietro Cal, and spontaneously endeavors to conduct the initial research required to help him clear his name.
Indeed, Pietro Cal does not succeed in convincing the judges that he is innocent of the unwanted sexual touching alleged by the Italian lawyer’s female client. This occurs despite a negative medical report which contradicts the woman’s claims. And it also occurs despite the fact that the woman is clearly after money. Sadly, amazingly, Pietro Cal is also unable to prove that he really has been blackmailed by the same two individuals involved in the criminal trial.
Instead, in December 2012, Pietro Cal is heavily sentenced to 18 months in jail, as well as to paying a 5000 euro retainer fee for damages toward the criminal proceedings in the rundown to the civil trial … “during which the victim will be able to quantify the true moral damages undergone” according "Radio Veneto Uno" December 13 2012 ”
Once again, thanks to Google’s incredible search power, the French lawyer further discovers that, amazingly, two additional lawyers from the same Italian province, Treviso, have already been convicted in 2010 and 2011 respectively, for ‘contractual fraud’ (30 thousand euros) and for a sex-related blackmail case (600,000 euros) against a business man from the Republic of San Marino.
Unfortunately, the French lawyer cannot even consider contacting Pietro Cal’s defense lawyer directly, although his name is mentioned in the news articles. He clearly understands that this defense lawyer is quite likely to be as corrupt and involved in the sex related blackmail case as the prosecution lawyer.
Indeed, Pietro Cal’s lawyer knows full well that the brain behind this extortion scheme must be a one of his colleagues, and therefore he deliberately ill-advises his client to simply lodge a complaint to the authorities.
Mr Cal’s lawyer therefore refrains from setting up a trap to the other lawyer to bring to the light his attempt to blackmail Pietro Cal.
The local newspapers bring up numerous examples, (as in the case of the other blackmail affair in the Republic of Saint Marino).
According to the press, P.C. lives in Conegliano (north Italy)… And strangely enough, that name is also entirely absent from the Italian White Pages on the net.
However, it is intriguing to note, once again thanks to Google, that a namesake older than Cal does show up in YouTube Video.
Faced with difficulties in finding Pietro Cal’s address, telephone number, or even any of his acquaintances, the French lawyer creates this website and officially sends a WANTEDnotification, using “Social Network” ’s considerable power.
He is confident that the power of international solidarity will allow him to help M. Pietro Cal to clear his name, and free him.
The French lawyer adds at the same time that “Social Networkers” are in the midsts of a very unique “viral” challenge, which will create a new world record in the contest still known as the “Six degrees of separation.”
According to Wikipedia, the six degree value was the average in 1967, and has since been lowered to 4.67 on Twitter. The aim is to bring the average value of “separation” down to 3, and then make it eligible for entry into the Guinness Book of World Records through the participation of all “web addicts.”
But at the same time, through this viral challenge, “Social Networkers” around the world will discover the existing link with the second true story running in parallel over in France.
And it involves a good bunch of VIPs… Including current French President FRANÇOIS HOLLANDE himself…
That’s the 3rd outstanding plot… to be uncovered…
